After the 30 Day Challenge make sure to track your progress! Below is my progress in pictures, inches and in weight loss. I always think measuring inches lost is a better indicator of progress than the scale. But the best way to find out how you're doing is by how you are feeling! How is your mindset? Are you feeling positive and happy? Are you feeling motivated and energized to start your day? Are you feeling confident and more comfortable in your own skin? I hope you are, because I am too!
