So excited to get everyone going on this 30 day challenge! Day 1 is about checking in with yourself on Why you want to live a healthier lifestyle. Write what is most meaningful to you. You will then begin to track your measurements, take a photo of your Day 1 and jump into the first concept, Positive Mindset! Here are links to the measurement tips, measurement tracker, your why statement and your first tool to Bloom! Good luck to you! I know this is tough to start, but it will get easier from here!
